Slurry Dipping Machine
This rotating slurry dipping machine is core shell-making equipment for precision investment casting production lines. It adopts a 3mm thick stainless steel inner barrel with a large capacity of 1230L, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The barrel runs at a stable rotating speed of 17.9r/min to ensure uniform coating of wax patterns with slurry.
Equipped with a new energy-saving drive structure, its power consumption is only half of traditional dipping machines, and the triangular belt has an ultra-long service life without frequent replacement. The external integrated gear reducer features low running noise and convenient daily maintenance. With 4kw installed power and φ1240*850mm effective working size, it can meet the shell coating requirements of most medium and large wax modules for silica sol casting.
