40T C-Type Single-station Cylinderless Wax Injection Machine
This 40T C-Type Single-station Cylinderless Wax Injection Machine is specially developed for investment casting (lost wax casting) industry, dedicated to producing high-precision wax patterns for auto parts, aerospace components, hardware fittings, jewelry, pipeline parts and other precision casting products.
Different from the traditional cylinder-type wax injector, this machine adopts innovative cylinderless structural design, which effectively eliminates the oil leakage risk of the cylinder, reduces maintenance cost and failure rate, and ensures stable and consistent wax injection pressure during long-time continuous production. The C-type frame structure features high rigidity, good force bearing performance and convenient mold loading & unloading. Equipped with an integrated sliding worktable, it greatly improves operation convenience and production efficiency, and can be matched with different wax molds flexibly to meet diversified wax pattern production demands.
The machine adopts PLC + touch screen intelligent control system. Users can set wax injection speed, injection pressure, holding time, temperature parameter and other technological data on the human-machine interface. All production parameters can be stored and recalled, realizing standardized and repeatable wax molding. Servo hydraulic driving system saves energy consumption significantly compared with ordinary hydraulic systems, with stable running and low noise.
A jib crane is pre-installed on the machine body for fast and safe mold hoisting, which greatly reduces labor intensity for workers. Multiple safety configurations including safety light curtain, emergency stop button and pressure overload protection are equipped to guarantee operator safety during daily operation. The whole machine body is treated with anti-rust spray painting, and the wax tank adopts 304 stainless steel material to avoid wax contamination and ensure the quality of wax patterns.
This wax injection equipment supports customized voltage, wax tank volume, vacuum wax injection function and other personalized upgrades. We provide 12-month warranty, overseas installation guidance, technical training and lifelong after-sales service, which is a reliable preferred equipment for medium and large precision casting factories.
